This is the BEST noodle soup restaurant in NYC at this price range. The restaurant itself is a bit small but very cozy. Every time I come here, I see a lot of delivery app orders being picked up, so it's a hot commodity online! The restaurant is usually busier when I go during peak hours (weekends at lunch/dinner hours) but the wait for a seat is not long at all. I love their noodle soups with pickled peppers and would highly recommend. The place lets you add on toppings as you like (for a fee) and they have the bamboo shoots I like to put in my noodles. The noodles come in a big pot and it's definitely a large quantity. I wouldn't say it's enough for 2 people to split one order, but 2 people could definitely split a noodle order and some apps/smaller dishes. Not me though - I love these noodles too much to split one :)

What a treat! I stopped by this place since it was nearby my stay, and I ended up going back a few times during my adventures in NYC! My service was friendly, my food was prompt, and it was always hot and fresh! I also tried the cold noodles and they were divine - some of the best I've had in a while. They also do 10 percent off on pickup orders which is always a major plus, especially since dine-in is a little small. Check this spot out if it's in your neighborhood!

Solid little shop specializing in Yunnan noodles! We came during lunchtime on a weekend and had to wait about 15 mins for a party of 2. We tried their tomato rice noodles and the scallion oil and mushroom noodles, which seemed to be what they're best known for. I thought the tomato rice noodles were amazing - there were a great variety of toppings and the broth was very tomato-y. The scallion oil noodles tasted good but I felt that there could have been more toppings (it was mostly a wall of noodles with a few mushrooms). Cute interior - one of the walls has a mural with an entertaining story about how the rice noodle concept came to be.
